Mystery shopping

So...I am a mystery shopper. I think some people think I am nuts but I really enjoy it and...it is fairly decent money. I basically do apartment, fast food (Sonic, Mcdonalds, Dunkin Donuts, etc.), new homes, and a variety of other shops. I probably average about $150 a month plus reimbursements. I know some of my blogger friends are stay-at-home moms, so this is just an idea. I have a document I have put together outlying the companies I work for if anyone is interested. Last night I did a shop for Papa John's. MMM my favorite. I thought you all might enjoy seeing one of the pictures I had to take of the pizza. :-)

When I was home in MN, I thought it would be fun for all of us to go bowling. There is also a bowling alley close to our house called Tuttle's Bowling. The people working there were not overly impressed that we had the same last name as the bowling alley. :-) My parents have never been what one might call "athletically inclined" but it turned out to be a fun family outing. Here are just a few pics. Enjoy!

Happy Birthday Mom and Meg!!

I wanted to send a SHOUT OUT to the BEST mom in the world and to Meg too (my little sister :-)). Pretty cool that they were born on the same day--just 31 years apart. :-)

Meg is a quarter of a century today!!--what a milestone.
I love you both very much--have fun at Red Robin!

I was able to fly home to Minneapolis, MN, from December 27 - January 5. It was bitterly cold, but I really enjoyed my time with my family. The pictures document some of our adventures and just some fun shots with the fam. Happy New Year everyone!

Charleston is such a FUN place to live!!

So....I have not only recently entered the blogging world but I am also a mystery shopper. The bank where I work is slow to put it mildly. So I have done some food shops (pizza, subs, etc.) but yesterday I did a new home buyer shop where I had to act like I was interested in buying a house. I think it is really kinda fun and the pay is halfway decent.

Saturday was really fun for me too. I had to tutor at the library in the morning and then I headed downtown. Jimmy was working so I called a couple of my girlfriends but they already had plans. So I went to Bruegger's Bagels (they are trying the southern market but I actually worked at one in MN during college) to do a mystery shop (and I drank some coffee !!) and then went to a College of Charleston volleyball game. They were playing Furman. They won in three games but it really was a fun game. The starters throw mini vballs to the crowd when they are announced and I caught one so I gave it to Jimmy when I saw him later.

After the game I headed to the Market to do a little shopping. I picked up some postcards to send to my mom, dad, and sisters and then found the gorgeous pearl bracelet and necklace. I need more pearls like I need a hole in the head (as Dad would say), but they are really cute.

The weather this weekend was BEAUTIFUL. low 70s during the day and 50 or so overnight.

Then I met up with Jimmy and we hung out and watched a movie I think. Lots of fun. :-)

hmm another try

So, I dont know why the pictures are so strangely small, but I am going to just send a picture I saved off the internet just to see if it is the settings on the pictures. No one so far has voted on my title for my blog. I really need some good ideas. :-)

Well this pic looks a lot better so i think it was just the formatting on the others.
